Before leading a class, every instructor undergoes comprehensive training to familiarize themselves with the Five Star Swim School methods of instruction and lesson plans for each level. Training includes studying course materials, watching training videos, and engaging in hands-on learning activities.
In addition to their initial training, our staff members receive ongoing refresher courses to reinforce safety protocols and teaching methods. These courses help to maintain their knowledge and expertise in line with industry standards. We also conduct regular quizzes and assessments to ensure that our instructors stay up-to-date and proficient in their skills.
