Edison: Adult Class Schedule ( 15 yrs + )

Adult Beginner

In this class students will get comfortable in the water and learn essential elementary aquatic skills including water adjustment, front and back float, introduction to front crawl and back crawl.

Adult Intermediate

This class aims to develop confidence in strokes and to increase endurance. Skills taught include front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke and introduction to breaststroke.

Adult Advanced

This is a class for students who want to master all the strokes. The main focus in this level is on refinement of key strokes as well as endurance training. New strokes introduced are butterfly and sidestroke.
